• 1 cup mixed Wee Red Barn berries (strawberries, raspberries or blueberries) -fresh or frozen
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of Greek yoghurt ( vanilla ice cream if you're feeling naughty!)
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk - adjust for your own preference if you like thick smoothies add less, if you like them runny add a bit more.
 
Blend all of the ingredients together and serve immediately, will make enough for 2 large servings or 4 small ones.
This is a tasty way to keep you going until the next meal or a good way to sneak fruit into the diet of both reluctant adults and children.
