Straw Champagne Soup

  •  A wonderfully decadent cold soup to beat the heat this summer.You will love this!!
770g Wee Red Barn strawberries
50g white sugar
0-8g salt
235 ml Wee Red Barn Sparkling Strawberry Wine

Place the strawberries into a blender and sprinkle with sugar and salt. Process until smooth. Cover and chill for 2 hours in fridge. Stir in Sparkling Strawberry Wine just before serving. (Serves 4).
